„Wir haben people-eat zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und alles hat insgesamt super geklappt. Trotz der relativ kurzfristigen Anfrage zehn Tage im Voraus hatten drei Köche jeweils ein gutes Angebot unterbreitet. Wir haben uns für das Vier-Gänge-Menü von Katharina entschieden, das uns sehr angesprochen hatte und sehr gut konzipiert war. Sie hatte für jeden Gang zwei sehr durchdachte Alternativen. Auch hat sie das Hauptgericht auf unseren Wunsch hin komplett ausgetauscht, was wir sehr flexibel fanden. Es war ein sehr leckerer und rundum gelungener Abend und Katharina hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen. Schön auch, wenn die Küche nach dem Kochen sauber ist und der Müll entsorgt wird. Gerne wieder!“
